The Journal reports that Bolivar's Community Lantern Parade, originally set for New Year's Eve, has been rescheduled to January 25 at 6 p.m. This festive event will coincide with 'Frosty Fest' and will start at Harpers Ferry Middle School, progressing down Washington Street to Town Hall before returning to the Bolivar Community Center for refreshments. Participants are encouraged to join in the fun by wearing twinkle lights, carrying illuminated lanterns, or playing instruments, with this year's theme being 'Woodland Wonders.'
