Shepherd University Students Present Capstone Projects in Ranson
On April 22, Shepherd University senior Belle Harvey showcased her capstone project on 'Juvenile Delinquency Across the United States' in the Robert C. Byrd Center for Congressional History & Education. She was among 17 graduating seniors from various programs, including global studies and political science, proudly presenting their research.
