Kiwanis Toy Shop serves record number of families this holiday season

This December, the Kiwanis of Charles Town's Santa's Toy Shop Program brought joy to a record number of families in the area, assisting approximately 120 families—almost doubling their usual support of 60 to 70 families. Collaborating with Jefferson County Community Ministries, families provided details about their children's ages and toy preferences. The Toy Shop was hosted at The Asbury Center at Asbury United Methodist Church during the second weekend of December, ensuring holiday cheer reached many local households.
