Charles Town Luncheon Supports Palestinian Children
Local organizations came together for a sold-out benefit luncheon at Alfredo’s Mediterranean Steakhouse in Charles Town, aiming to assist Palestinian children affected by violence. Attendees enjoyed traditional Palestinian dishes, participated in a silent auction, and listened to moving testimonies from Nakba survivor Nina Bazouzi Culler and advocate Rami Khader. The event also promoted artisans from Bethlehem, highlighting the impact of tourism shortages over the past two years, showcasing community support for global humanitarian efforts.
