On Saturday morning, city officials in Charles Town welcomed two new businesses, Cella Mae’s Bakehouse and Candlelight Soap Company, during official ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Cella Mae’s, founded by Krystina Nappi, offers delicious baked goods and aims to support local outreach, particularly to Hospice of the Panhandle, highlighting the community's values. The Candlelight Soap Company, operated by Tess Burns and Autumn Philbin, features handmade bath and body products and candles, enriching the local shopping scene. Both businesses reflect the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit of downtown Charles Town, especially during the Blooms and Blossoms Festival.
