After severe storms struck on July 16, the Charles Towers apartment complex in Charles Town sustained significant damage, displacing nearly 90 residents. WVU Medicine Jefferson Medical Center quickly mobilized teams to establish an evacuation center at the Ranson Civic Center, providing urgent medical and personal support to those affected.
