Charles Town Hearing Focuses on Water Utility Dispute

Public Service Commission hearing discusses territorial dispute between water utility providers

On July 30th, the West Virginia Public Service Commission convened a hearing in Charles Town to address the ongoing territorial dispute between the Charles Town Utility Board and West Virginia American Water. Oversight of the proceedings was provided by Administrative Law Judge Keith George, highlighting the importance of water utility service management in local communities.
