Collins Barber Shop, located in downtown Charles Town near the post office, has been a staple of the community for 36 years since its establishment in 1989 by Sam Collins. After shifting from home construction to barbering due to a market crash, Collins built a loyal clientele, later passed on to his son Mike. With a customer base of 70-80 a day, Mike values the personal connections formed over the years, extending beyond service to friendship. The shop, known for its welcoming atmosphere and dedicated staff, continues to thrive in the heart of Charles Town, embodying the local spirit as they celebrate their long-standing legacy in the community.
