The Spirit of Jefferson reports on several community events scheduled for October, including the AARP Chapter 799 meeting featuring a talk by Stephen Allen on Oct. 10, the Jefferson County 4-H Big Day on Oct. 6, and a flea market fundraiser organized by the Women’s Club of Harpers Ferry on Oct. 4-5.
