Celebrating New Additions to Shepherdstown and Harpers Ferry Families
In a delightful announcement featured by The Journal, Kamren and Jaiquan Parker from Shepherdstown welcomed their son, Kai Maurice Parker, at Berkeley Medical Center on July 7, 2025. Weighing 6 pounds and 15 ounces, with a length of 28 inches, Kai joins a loving family with maternal grandparents from the area. Shortly after, Lakyn and Christopher Neff of Harpers Ferry celebrated the birth of their daughter, Brynn Rose Neff, on July 12, 2025, also at Berkeley Medical Center. Brynn's arrival, at 6 pounds and 12 ounces, brought joy to the Neff family, further enriching the vibrant community.
