The Jefferson County Commission has announced the upcoming closure of the local nonprofit Day Report Center, impacting 172 adults and 15 juveniles currently receiving treatment in Charles Town. A draft plan outlines a transition of services to Berkeley County as part of the emergency reaction to the closure, which will take effect by June 30.
