Create Beautiful Holiday Wreaths from Invasive Plants at PVAS EcoCraft Workshop
The Journal reports that the Potomac Valley Audubon Society is set to host an EcoCraft Workshop focused on creating holiday wreaths from invasive plant species. Scheduled for Friday, December 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cool Spring Preserve in Charles Town, this hands-on workshop led by Ellen Kinzer invites participants to collect invasive honeysuckle vines and transform them into beautiful decorations by the campfire. The event costs $10 per person, with discounts for PVAS members, and is limited to 20 participants, requiring registration for those aged three and over.
