Michael Eugene Jackson, 50, has been extradited to Virginia following his alleged role in a fatal hit-and-run incident in Winchester that claimed the life of 29-year-old Payton Dixon III. Witnesses reported Jackson, a resident of Alexandria, threatened Dixon with a firearm before he was struck by a vehicle driven by Jacques Daniel Blemur. Both men are now in custody, with Blemur charged with second-degree murder.
