On February 22, local Girl Scouts showcased their artistic talents at the inaugural art show for The Spotlight on Main in downtown Charles Town. This collaborative event, celebrating World Thinking Day, featured a diverse collection of artworks by scouts and was attended by community members, including the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. The new venue aims to serve as a hub for community events and workshops, with owner Mara Bauserman highlighting its role in supporting local talent.
