Emanuel Munoz, who immigrated from Jalisco, Mexico at 17, has successfully opened around nine authentic Mexican restaurants with his brothers throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Their latest venture, the Gran Ranchero Mexican Bar & Grill, is set for a grand opening at the end of the month in Shepherdstown. This new restaurant will surely add to the local dining scene, providing the community with a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine, a nod to Munoz's roots and entrepreneurial spirit.
