Harpers Ferry Man Faces Felony Charges After Alleged Shooting
Man accused of shooting brother, faces felony gun and drug charges

Tony Allen Rinker, a 60-year-old resident of the Blue Ridge Mountain area near Harpers Ferry, has been accused of shooting his brother and now faces serious felony charges related to gun use and drug possession. Rinker pled not guilty to multiple charges, including attempted felony and drug manufacturing, during a hearing on April 11 at the Jefferson County Magistrate Court. He remains out on a $250,000 bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing on April 17, according to The Spirit of Jefferson.
