The Journal reports that the 2025 Historic Shepherdstown Speaker Series will kick off with three spring events at the Byrd Center, starting with Pam Parziale discussing the historical significance of pottery making in the area from the 1700s to today. The series will also feature talks by Tim Hodges and Brian LaMaster on Kentucky rifles, and Doug Perks on the Bee Line March of 1775, highlighting local contributions to history and the ongoing traditions of art and craftsmanship in Shepherdstown.
