On Wednesday, law enforcement agencies, including the West Virginia State Police and the Martinsburg City Police Department, executed thirteen search warrants at various tobacco and vape shops in Martinsburg, Ranson, and other nearby towns in response to a drug investigation initiated after the seizure of illegal THC products. The operation uncovered approximately $96,000 in cash, $700,000 in illegal merchandise, firearms, and vehicles linked to THC sales, highlighting ongoing concerns over the distribution of unauthorized substances in local communities. The case will soon be presented to prosecutors for potential charges, enhancing community safety and legal compliance.
