In an upcoming election for the Jefferson County Commission, voters will choose candidates for 4 out of 5 available seats, as reported by The Independent Observer. Each voter can select one candidate for the Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, and Middleway seats. The winners from the first three seats will assume office shortly after the election is certified, while the Middleway winner will begin their term on January 1, 2025.
