The Spirit of Jefferson reports that on October 23, Jefferson County citizens will hold a public meeting to discuss new electric transmission projects across the county. The meeting, set for 6:30 p.m. at the Corner Connection in Charles Town, aims to inform residents about recent proposals, featuring Keryn Newman, who previously helped oppose a PATH project, alongside other speakers including Robin Huyett Thomas and landowner Mary Gee, who will share their insights and address questions from attendees.
