Shepherd University Professor of Psychology Larry Daily celebrated the release of his debut novel, 'The Minstrel and the Prophet: Book One of the Chronicles of the Lawbreaker,' at a reception attended by colleagues, friends, and students at Scarborough Library, as reported by The Journal. Daily shared insights about the epic fantasy's main character, Lauren, whose ambition to become a minstrel is challenged by his father’s warrior demands. After a long creative journey that started in 1973, Daily chose self-publishing through Amazon to maintain creative control over his work. He also revealed the cover for the sequel, 'The Ring and the Sword: Book Two of the Chronicles of the Lawbreaker,' during the event.
