In Martinsburg, 18 deputies from the local sheriff's department raised $10,180 for Victoria’s House Child Advocacy Center through the 12th annual No Shave for the Brave fundraising campaign. This initiative, which invites participants to forgo shaving to support child victims of abuse, originated in Jefferson County and aims to provide critical resources for affected children and families. The funds will directly benefit victims in the Eastern Panhandle, emphasizing the collaborative effort of community and law enforcement to address child abuse and support healing.
