On September 29, the Stubblefield Institute for Civil Political Communications at Shepherd University hosted a panel discussion at Spring Mills High School with three local superintendents: Ryan Saxe from Berkeley County Schools, Chuck Bishop from Jefferson County Schools, and David Banks from Morgan County Schools.
