Keith Lowry Retires from Leadership of JCCM in Charles Town

After five impactful years as executive director, Keith Lowry will retire from Jefferson County Community Ministries in Charles Town. Known for his deeply rooted commitment to mercy and grace, Lowry has focused on empowering those in need rather than offering direct cash assistance. Under his leadership, JCCM celebrated its 42nd anniversary and continued its mission to provide short-term aid while enabling individuals to work toward self-reliance through various programs, including health care and life skills training. The organization, a collaboration among local churches, seeks to address the challenges faced by the community's homeless population.
