Keith Lowry Announces Departure from JCCM Leadership in Charles Town
Keith Lowry, who has led Jefferson County Community Ministries (JCCM) in Charles Town since 2021, will step down this fall. His tenure was marked by significant enhancements to agency services and an expanded board that now includes diverse professionals. Lowry is proud of JCCM’s efforts in providing essential support to the community and hopes to see the completion of a new emergency shelter and medical facilities. As he prepares to spend more time with his family, he aims to pass the baton to a successor who will continue to elevate the agency's work.
