Hadley, an established community advocate with deep ties to the local area, has held various positions in the banking and mortgage sectors, most recently as a business development officer at BCT-Bank of Charles Town. Her passion for community involvement is evident through her volunteer roles with organizations such as the Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival and Semper Liberi.
