Caleb Andrew Roy, a 35-year-old from Martinsburg, faces significant legal trouble after allegedly stealing 13 air conditioners and more than $3,600 worth of merchandise from Home Depot in Ranson. Arrested last week, he pleaded not guilty to felony charges including grand larceny and receiving stolen goods, with a preliminary hearing on July 2. His accomplice, Keirstin James, also faces similar charges and had been arrested earlier.
