The West Virginia State Police in Martinsburg are seeking assistance from the community to locate two suspects involved in the theft of a vehicle on Winebrenner Road, reported on August 4th. The stolen vehicle was recovered after the suspects ran out of gas and left it parked on Thunder Hill Drive in Summit Point, having sought a ride from a local resident. Trooper J. S. Racer encourages anyone with information to reach out directly, with the case highlighting ongoing issues of vehicle theft in the area surrounding local towns like Charles Town and Ranson.
