Starting at 11 AM on November 8, certain streets will close to parking, including sections of Queen, East King, and Race Streets. The parade, beginning at the Berkeley Judicial Center and concluding at Queen and Race, is set to start at noon and run until approximately 1:15 PM. Residents traveling in the area should anticipate delays as northbound and southbound traffic will be redirected accordingly, particularly from Route 9.
