In a shocking incident reported by The Spirit of Jefferson, a Charles Town couple was abruptly awakened on November 3 by a naked intruder identified as 23-year-old Jassiah Kai Cheng, who was confused and disoriented. A physical confrontation ensued between Cheng and a male resident until police arrived to arrest him. Authorities later discovered that Cheng had a history of schizophrenia and had not been adhering to his medication regimen.
