This initiative, part of a broader effort to revamp transit options following the pandemic, will be anchored by the new Multimodal Transit Center in downtown Martinsburg. The proposal includes routes connecting key locations including the Martinsburg VA Medical Center and circular routes in Martinsburg and Charles Town, aiming to simplify travel for residents.
