Jefferson County Commission appoints new members to the Development Authority

The Journal reports that after previously dismantling the board, the Jefferson County Commission appointed several new members to the Jefferson County Development Authority. Among those appointed are local residents from Charles Town, including Jill Upson, Todd Wilt, and Heather McIntyre, all of whom are expected to contribute to economic development initiatives in the area.
