The ceremony, held at the Bavarian Inn, highlights Russo's expertise in canine training, specifically in police apprehension and service dog preparation. He is also a K9 instructor for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and serves as an expert witness in dog behavior cases. His inclusion in the club underscores the community's commitment to service and expertise, contributing positively to local initiatives.
