David Antonio Calderon, a 47-year-old El Salvadoran national, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and concealment of a body in the death of 32-year-old Samantha Dailey, whose remains were discovered burned underneath a couch near Martinsburg. The guilty pleas will negate a scheduled jury trial and lead to Calderon's sentencing on July 23 in Charles Town, where family members of Dailey are advocating for a life sentence without parole.
