Proud Peacock Boutique to bring curated experience to Shepherdstown

After achieving her long-held dream of opening the Proud Peacock Boutique in Williamsport, Md., Shepherdstown native Paula Jackson is now hosting pop-up shops to reach local customers in Shepherdstown and surrounding areas. Starting her second year in business, Jackson plans four unique pop-up events showcasing women's clothing and accessories, with the first taking place at the Williamsport Retirement Village and subsequent events held in Evolve and at the Suzanne Shipley Wellness Center at Shepherd University. Her efforts aim to connect with her church family, friends, and educators from her hometown.
