Ranson Elementary School celebrated the grand opening of its new building after extensive renovations that began in 2020. The school welcomed students back with enthusiasm, marking a new chapter in education for the community. Prior to the students’ return, Jefferson County Schools hosted events allowing families to explore the modern facilities, which feature updated classrooms, a gym, and a STEM room. Teachers and staff prepared to receive the students, who were greeted with cheers from local high school athletes and community members, fostering a sense of unity and excitement for the first day of school.
