Recent Arraignments in Charles Town and Surrounding Areas

In a recent report by The Journal, several individuals from areas including Charles Town, Ranson, and Shepherdstown faced arraignments in Jefferson County Magistrate Court on various charges ranging from shoplifting to DUI and possession of controlled substances. Notably, 19-year-old Chance Brayden Zimmerman and his older brother, Landon, were both charged with shoplifting. Other individuals, such as 55-year-old Bridgett Gay Garner and 64-year-old Terry Sanford Brigman, were also arraigned on charges of battery and DUI, respectively. The report highlights the ongoing challenges of crime within local communities as authorities continue to address these issues.
