Saint Joseph School student serves as honorary commissioner

In an article published by The Journal, it was highlighted that Camille Frail, a 13-year-old eighth-grader from Saint Joseph School, served as an honorary Berkeley County commissioner on Halloween. With aspirations for a career in theater or working with children, Frail is applying to the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. With years of experience performing in regional theaters, she expressed her enthusiasm after hearing a presentation from Randall Reid-Smith, the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History secretary, on developing the Martinsburg Roundhouse as an arts space. Frail emphasized the variety of entertainment options in the tri-county area compared to other West Virginia counties.
