U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) has nominated 36 outstanding high school seniors from various counties in West Virginia for admission to the U.S. Military, Naval, Air Force, and Merchant Marine Academies. This annual initiative is part of her commitment to recognize and promote the bright and motivated youth of her state toward becoming future military leaders. The nominees were selected by a review board established by Senator Capito, which evaluated applications and conducted interviews. The announcement was published by WTRF.
