T.A. Lowery Elementary in Shenandoah Junction hosted Corporal David King from the MWAA Police Department for Career Month, where he shared insights about his role in law enforcement, particularly in traffic enforcement and dignitary escorts. King engaged students by allowing them to sit on his motorcycle and provided them with badges, aiming to create a positive interaction with law enforcement and broaden their understanding of various careers. School counselor Nicholas Capriolo organized this event to showcase diverse job opportunities to students, emphasizing the importance of early exposure to different professions.
