Shenandoah Junction Veterans Honored with Quilts of Valor
The Journal's Unsung Hero series culminated in a heartfelt recognition event on November 1 at Fellowship Bible Church in Shenandoah Junction, where several local veterans were honored for their service. The event featured a brunch attended by a dozen veterans, who enjoyed violin music by Sam Lake and received personalized Quilts of Valor crafted by the Shenandoah North Quilts of Valor Group from Berryville, Virginia. This ceremony highlighted the community's commitment to honoring its unsung heroes.
