The 22nd American Conservation Film Festival (ACFF) will be held from March 6-9 at Shepherd University's Frank Arts Center, showcasing 28 films focusing on environmental issues and storytelling. Director Hilary Lo emphasized the festival's commitment to accessibility with open-captioned screenings and opportunities for attendees to engage with filmmakers and experts, including the Oscar-shortlisted subject Dr. John Francis. With free admission for students in grades 5-12 and various ticket options available, the festival invites local residents, particularly from Shepherdstown and surrounding areas, to experience films that inspire conservation efforts.
