‘Nature Is Our Muse’: Couple shares love for outdoors, art at joint show

Local artists Rebecca Grace Jones and Judy Rand showcased their nature-inspired artwork at the 'Nature Is Our Muse' show in Evolve, drawing both visitors from the Contemporary American Theater Festival and local residents of Shepherdstown. Their 31-year journey as artists together has led them to create new pieces that reflect the vibrant life they share on their farm. Jones engaged with the audience live by creating new art during the exhibition, while Rand’s woodcraft, including cat-themed mirrors, proved a crowd favorite, emphasizing their deep connection to the local landscape.
