On June 14, Shepherdstown will celebrate its rich history with two significant events honoring the 250th anniversary of the Beeline March, where local riflemen answered George Washington's call during the Revolutionary War. The festivities at Morgan's Grove Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. will include fife and drum performances, unveiling of new signage, and recognition of descendants of the march participants. Following this, the 'No Kings' Rally from 3-4:30 p.m. on King Street will encourage civic engagement and feature speakers and voter outreach.
