The 1920s-themed lounge, which opens to the public this weekend, offers a unique atmosphere with seating for 35, a vintage phonograph, live jazz, and a touch of local ghost lore, as the building was formerly a morgue and crematorium. With an exclusive entry system that requires online reservations and a passcode, the speakeasy aims to provide a cozy gathering space for locals and visitors alike, making it a promising new destination in the heart of Shepherdstown.
