At a gathering at Rumsey Tavern, the Kiwanis Club of Shepherdstown honored Karl Wolf, a dedicated member since the club's inception in 1978. His extensive contributions to Shepherd University, including service on the Board of Governors and support for Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, were recognized alongside a $1,000 donation made to the Kiwanis Children's Fund in his honor. Wolf’s significant impact on the organization’s charitable efforts was celebrated as he was made a George F. Hixson Fellow, underscoring his long-standing commitment to serving the community and supporting youth initiatives.
