Shepherdstown Council Addresses New Penalties and Community Concerns

During the recent Town Council meeting in Shepherdstown, President Christine Wimer of the Jefferson County Foundation urged the council to petition the Planning Commission regarding proposed groundwater extraction for a bottling plant.
