The Shepherdstown Fairy Festival is set to return after a two-year break, now relocated to downtown Shepherdstown to better partner with local businesses, according to organizer Emma Casale. The event has been extended from two days to three, beginning with a concert on October 25, followed by various activities including film screenings and a Magical Marketplace. Local shops will contribute to the festival’s spirit, and an Enchanted Tea House will be introduced in collaboration with the town's Halloween festivities, Boofest.
