Golden Rule Farm, run by the Ware family near Shepherdstown, has launched a petting zoo featuring adorable goats and piglets, delighting local visitors and connecting the community with agriculture. This initiative emerged from a collaboration with Devil’s Due Distillery, reflecting local farming traditions and the family’s commitment to educating their children about responsibility and teamwork through agriculture. The first event showcased 'The Spice Girls' goats, and the farm plans to expand its offerings to include more animals in the future, encouraging community engagement and providing memorable experiences for families.
