Mackenzie Granzow, a native of Shepherdstown, is organizing a Fantastical Fundraiser on Sunday to support her ongoing medical needs due to multiple chronic conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and hip dysplasia. Her partner, Wayne Snow, highlighted the struggles they face with medical expenses, particularly as Mackenzie prepares for a critical surgery that could improve her mobility. The fundraiser will feature a variety of live music performances, local arts and crafts, and community engagement, all aimed at raising funds to assist in her treatment and recovery while fostering unity within the community.
